Role :                      Management of Warehouse and Service After Sales for the assigned branch.

Functional Area: CRM ( After Sales Service Team )

Salary :                   25 K to 30 K Per Month


Candidate should have good communication.

Good inter personal skills and should be mobile (willing to travel / tour)

 

Job Responsibility:- 

 

1. Management of Finished Goods inventory and up-keeping of the stock at defined/ designated place at the warehouse.

2. Management of sales return and defective product return from market/ distributors.

3. Monitoring and managing Spare part Inventory at the Warehouse.

4. Managing Technician and ASC of his branch and getting complaints closed within expected TAT.

5. Setting up the new ASC wherever required to improve our Customer satisfaction and Sales.

Role :                 Calls/complaints data in our CRM portal

Functional Area:  CRM ( After Sales Service Team )

Job Responsibility:- 

 

1.Attending and acknowledging all calls from toll free number and mobile number.

2.Update the calls/complaints data in our CRM portal.

3.Daily Follow-up with technicians to take the feedback/ closure of the calls and updated the system.

4.Technical support to technicians in terms of spare parts/process.

5.Candidate will be part of After Sales Service Team.

 

Job Requirement:-

1.Candidate should have good communication.

2.Should be able to manage the team of technician under him/her.

3.Must have patience & politeness to listen to Customer complaints.

4.Preferably from  Electric industry.

Job Responsibility:
  • To handles sales for lighting products & Luminaries. Through Project sales & institutional sales achieving budgeted sales targets. Achieve growth in sales through effective networking with-in assigned territory.     
  • Appointing & monitoring Channel Partners where ever required      
  • Basic knowledge of Customers & sales support (lamps, gears and luminaires).     
  • Regular contacts with Architects & Specifiers to promote products & introduction of new products. Evaluation of the situation directly on the project site, proposal of lighting solution, direct discussion with architect / Specifiers / Consultant or Contractor.     
  • Communication with external partners: meetings and presentations related to specific technical topics.     
  • Project forecast, Understanding the project requirements, read and understand specs, basics of designs, relationship building to close an order with timely execution with proper material planning.       
  • Basic Lighting design skills.     
  • Keep track of competition activity in the market

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate preferably B.E/ B Tech. in electrical or electronics with 1 to 6 Yrs of Exp. in Sales in any good lighting products / Luminaires company. Can Handle Channel Sales & Institutional sales thru architects & Specifiers.     
  • Able to cultivate lasting relationship with key decision makers.     
  • Interpersonal skills and skillful organization of tasks; ability to work with little or no supervision.     
  • Good negotiation skills; Confidant personality.
